New Member Orientation

Starting a new athletic club membership can be a daunting experience for even the most seasoned of exercisers. As a new member you begin your journey to health and fitness with a complimentary fitness assessment and private training session administered by one of our highly trained Personal Trainers. The Personal Trainer will help you set realistic and achievable goals that are adapted to your unique interests and lifestyle needs. You will receive specific instruction on the particular cardiovascular and strength training equipment you prefer, as well as be familiarized with the numerous experience enhancing resources (staff, programs, equipment) Springhill Athletic Club has to offer. At Springhill Athletic Club, we are always there for you; no matter what your needs may be.

Café Breezeway

Offering a warm casual setting, Café Breezeway is the perfect spot for members and their guests to have a quick bite to eat before working out or to recharge afterwards. Operated by Marriott, Café Breezeway is proud to serve Starbuck’s Coffee.

Childcare

For our members convenience we offer a state-of-the-art childcare facility. Your children’s safety and enjoyment is always our concern, therefore, the facility is managed by an outstanding staff of experienced personnel. A colorful atmosphere and a tremendous variety of interactive and educational toys are provided to keep children of all ages entertained while you exercise.

Nutrition

For many of us, our busy and hectic lifestyles and the convenience of fast foods makes it difficult to eat a proper diet, maintain a healthy weight and exercise regularly. On top of it all, we are bombarded, daily, with a confusing array of “fad diets” that do not produce healthy, long-lasting results and can even cause health risks for certain individuals. Massage Therapy

To help you relax after a hard workout or a strenuous day at work both members and non-members may schedule one hour or half-hour appointments at Springhill Athletic Club with a licensed massage therapist. Specifically, massage therapy helps reduce anxiety, enhances tissue elasticity, relieves muscle aches, increases range of motion in joints and speeds up the recovery process after exercise. Whether your massage therapy appointment is for rehabilitation or for pleasure our massage therapists are sure to rub out any stiffness and leave you with a feeling of well-being and relief.

Group Exercise

We are thrilled to offer our members a multitude of exciting fitness classes taught by Mobile’s most popular instructors. A diversified assortment of over 50 weekly group exercise classes ranging from Cardio mix to Yoga and Cycle are sure to provide an electrifying experience for both children and adults. If you are up for the challenge, our group exercise instructors will take you on an invigorating journey of both mind and body.
