How do I become a member?
Becoming a member at Springhill Athletic Club is easy. It's as simple as coming in, taking a tour and saying I'm ready to get started!

Do I have to draft my checking account or credit card?
You do not always have to use our electronic funds transfer system. For those individuals who are hesitant about utilizing the convenience of electronic funds transfer then they may pay for one-year in-full the day they sign up.

When is the club most frequently used?
Although any time of day is a great opportunity for members to come in and benefit from a lifestyle dedicated to health and fitness, our busiest hours are between 4:45pm and 6:30pm, respectively, Monday through Friday. To accommodate our members varying needs and concerns, we are more than willing to work with you to design a program that will allow you to benefit from the wonders of exercise regardless of what time you decide to come in.

Can I try the club out first?
The best way to decide if a health club is right for you is to try it out first. If you can't make up your mind that Springhill Athletic Club is the best health club in Mobile then we strongly encourage you to come in and give it a try for yourself with a trial visit guest pass. We know that you will be extremely impressed.

How much does it cost to join?
Springhill Athletic Club is competitively priced for the area that we're in and we offer many different membership options to accommodate what ever your need may be. Please call and ask to speak with one of our membership representatives to find out what membership plan is best suited to your needs.

Can I bring a guest?
We encourage our members to bring guests. For a minimal cost to the member, they can bring as many guests as they like. After all, working out is always more fun if you have a partner.

I'm from out of town, can I work out at Springhill Athletic Club while I'm in Mobile?
We offer a $10 one-day and $30 seven-day guest passes. Take your pick.

How can Springhill Athletic Club benefit me?
We are dedicated to continuously helping our members achieve a lifetime commitment to health and fitness. Therefore, we strive to create a fun, vibrant, non-intimidating environment designed to accommodate fitness enthusiasts of varying levels and capabilities. No matter what your interest or fitness need, we will set out to establish a program that will properly accommodate the style of exercise you are looking for.

Can I participate in programs as a non-member?
Many of our programs are available to nonmembers, such as, our Nutrition Program and Golf Conditioning. Also, we offer many wellness programs free of charge to the community through our affiliation with Springhill Medical Center. Check our "Programs and Services" Schedule for up coming activities that are open to the community.

Can my children be members at the club?
Children must be at least 15 years-of-age 14 and under has to be in a S.A.C Program or with a personal trainer. to use the fitness equipment, we do have various opportunities for younger children to learn about the benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle. No matter if they're having fun in the childcare area we do everything we can to provide fitness oriented programming to all family members.

Do you have anybody there who can show me what to do?
All members receive one training session with our Personal Trainers. During your training session the Personal Trainer will perform an overall body analysis for you, train you on how to properly use the workout equipment, set you up on a training program and answer any questions you may have regarding health and fitness. For individuals who enjoy the benefit of extremely focused and personalized attention, we also provide personal training by the hour or half hour.
