Class Descriptions
ADRENALINE 30- Heart pumping cardio drills that offer speed, agility, and quickness are balanced with strength training exercises. Achieve a hard, lean body in this dynamic 30-minute class. QC Awesome Arms/Lethal Legs-You will move quickly between upper and lower body exercises with high reps and energy. Boot Camp on the Turf- Cross Training at its best! Come for strenght training and cardio intrval bursts. You select the desired weight as you improve each week! Cardio Chisel- Come for non-stop shaping exercises paired with heart pumping cardio drills. Cardio Mix- This class has it all! It combines disciplines of cardio kickboxing, sports conditioning, and step intervals. Come for punches, kicks, cross training moves, and simple step drills in this high energy class. Cycle/Box & Crunch- Come for a 30-minute cycling journey followed by 30-minutes of boxing and core work. Cycle-N-Step- Start the class with an intense 30 minute cycling journey followed by a 30 minute step class. DIESEL-An interval training class consisting of high-rep low-weight strength training and cardio interval bursts. Fatburning Pilates- Pilates based toning exercises and calorie burning cardio moves are combined so you can maximize your fat burning potential. Muscle Hustle-Strength training moves combined with the latest hip hop easy to follow hustle moves. Tone your body, burn some serious calories, and have fun all at the same time. Pilates- This class is designed to train several muscle groups at one time. This challenging workout will build strength, increase flexibility, improve core control, and improve back strength. You will notice toned abs and thighs. Power Cycle/Abs- Join this motivating indoor cycling class for a 45 minute ride followed by 15 minutes of core work. Power Sculpt- Come for a head-to-toe body shaping workout as you are led through an intense strength training routine using weights, body bars, benches, bands and balls. Pre/Post Natal Yoga- Yoga poses that prepare you for birth and beyond. Power Yoga- A class that advocates strength, balance, and flexibility through multiple postures. QC (Quick Class)- Short on Time? Come for one of our QUICK 30 minute workouts! Look for QC on the schedule. Step-N-Sculpt- This is a one hour class of the latest step combinations alternated with upper and lower body sculpting exercises using dumbbells, body bars, balls, and bands. Sunrise Cycle- Come at 5:45AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday for an intense cycling journey. Super Sculpt- An intense body shaping workout focusing on high reps using dumbbells, bands and body bars. You will move quickly between exercises increasing strength and improving muscular definition. The Step- This is a fun way to burn some serious calories. Come for a non-stop step class as your instructor incorporates the latest step combinations. The Super Class- Come for a head to toe workout with all of your favorite instructors! The Super Class is scheduled for the last Monday of each month at 5:30-6:30PM. Don’t miss it! The Super Cycle Class Themed Rides- Come join all your favorite SAC instructors the last Wednesday of each month from 12:15pm-1:15pm for themed rides. Come experience the THEMED RIDE of your life! Yoga- This is a mind and body journey designed to relieve stress as you tone your muscles, develop inner peace and improve overall well being. ZUMBA- Come for a mixture of Latin moves, hip hop, and belly dancing. This fun class will get your heart rate up and burn some serious calories. You can exercise while having fun at the same time.
Studio Etiquette
- Classes are a group activity; we request that you follow the instructors routine.
- Be considerate of other Members exercise space. Please do not crowd a Member who has arrived in class before you.
- Keep conversation to a minimum.
- Please do not enter the studio before the current class has finished.
- Hand weights are not permitted during the cardio section of any class.
- Appropriate exercise attire must be worn.
- Reserving places is not permitted.
- Water must be in enclosed, unbreakable container. Food is not permitted.
- In consideration of other Members, no cell phones in the studio and we request that pagers are in silent mode.
- We recommend the use of a towel.
- Members may not use stereo equipment.
- Please remember personal hygiene and refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.
- We request that all equipment be returned to the proper storage area.
