Starting a new athletic club membership can be a daunting experience for even the most seasoned of exercisers. As a new member you begin your journey to health and fitness with a complimentary fitness assessment and private training session administered by one of our highly trained Personal Trainers. The Personal Trainer will help you set realistic and achievable goals that are adapted to your unique interests and lifestyle needs. You will receive specific instruction on the particular cardiovascular and strength training equipment you prefer, as well as be familiarized with the numerous experience enhancing resources (staff, programs, equipment) Springhill Athletic Club has to offer.
